Translating technological ambiguity into operational reality.

Designing the frameworks, data architectures and commercial models that turn regulatory complexity and technology risk into executable strategy.

When organizations face shifting technological landscapes, abstract policy mandates, or fragmented stakeholder demands, execution stalls. The vision exists; the machinery to deliver it does not.

My role is to build that machinery, structuring the unstructured across industries, using purpose-built technology.

Selected Work

Building the machinery behind the strategy.

Whether defining an AI-first product roadmap, designing an enterprise pricing model, or architecting a global data taxonomy, the case studies below show how I bridge the gap between strategic complexity and ground-level delivery.
